      Installed a new Central Air conditioning system in my newly purchased home. After installation, I was charged an extra $382 for reconnecting ducts. I was specifically told that re-attaching 2 ducts would be included in the quoted cost. When I called the office people were extremely rude with very bad customer support. They said it wasn't on the paper quote so I had to pay for it. After several calls, the manager and I agreed to split the cost since this was the beginning of a new long-term relationship with them. Little did I know that they had no intention of continuing a relationship!After a year of my AC running constantly and not properly cooling my house, I called to have a service call. After a week of saying they would get back to me and that it was covered under warranty, I never got a call back. I then called them for a 3rd time. I was told that they would no longer service my account because of the split cost and that the system was outside of the 1 year warranty.So, I now have a brand new system that doesn't cool my house from a company that does not stand behind their work. I had a bad feeling about these people after talking to them on the phone. MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THESE CROOKS. Even better, find a reputable company instead of them!
