    Dropped off vehicle February 5th 2023 and didnt receive until June 12th 2023 , ive experienced the same problem but worse this time again then when I confronted them about having it being placed under warranty, they said oh I cant make an appointment and how if I was driving like an a** that I wouldnt be covered and I was insulted by that because it is my daily driver truck and it seems like theyre just trying to put me for the blame. And in the meantime, theyre working on my truck. The story kept changing nothing was ever clear, and nothing was ever made. Sure that I knew what the heck was going on every time I called I got a different answer or just no one really know what the heck was going on

    First off you were never told by us that their was no warranty on your trans. You were told if their is a issue with it just dont abuse it bring it back in. You stopped in talked to the secretary said  their was something wrong and needed to arrange another form of transportation and would drop it off on that weekend and we never heard back from you last fall. You have also never called us after that. Second your initial install was delayed for a few components that were out of our control for your trans back ordered or not in production anymore because of year 1993 and that was explained to you by shop formen before you even okd the go ahead with job and were sent the estimates and agreed to.  So if you had e a concern call our office speak to secretary or service and drop it off and will be resolved for you but we cant help you if you dont bring truck back or contact you .

    I declined due to ***** never stated a time, date and if it would be done in a timely manner there no assurance that Ill be a number one priority to make things right.

    ***** was contacted to find out concerns and was picked up the following evening as we stated at no charge to owner. Stated vehicle was not charging or running at that time and we told him we would resolve for him. All issues found for not running were all done by other parties. We resolved for no charge and road tested vehicle. No trans mission issues found. Customer contacted and asked to road test with technician.  Vehicle issues were caused by not installing correct componets when lift kit was installed nothing to do with trans repair. Customer agreed to have us repair for him properly and service trans. Also resolve fuel gauge. ******** stated he would retract complaint to BBB. 3/25 stated he called and emailed to have retracted
