    On March 15, 2023, we paid a deposit of $2428.50 via CashApp towards a wedding event to be held at the Business Headquarters location, **********, **. Due to the socio-economic impact of the ******19 pandemic, we had to move the wedding date. We notified the Business way ahead of time. We asked for a refund, but was told it's against their policy as stated in their contract. We do not have a copy of the contract, and any attempt to retrieve it online was futile. While we agreed to have the wedding done on August 23, 2024, we asked to receive invitations in a reasonable time frame to allow international guests to obtain visas. The invitations took three weeks and were very poor quality with mistake. Now, it's too late to send to guests. My wife lost hope in the business of being able to hold a good wedding. So, we cancel again, requesting at least half the deposit, if not all. They insist on not giving us anything. How would a business receive money for a service or product not furnished? Even if their policy states no refund, business ethics prohibits businesses from fraudulently taking people's money without providing services or products. Please help us.

This client has been trying to cancel the event at least twice before the complaint as noted in the text message that is attached to this message (video)

    We have been in this business for 5 years and we go above and beyond to keep all of our clients happy. Unfortunately, this client did not want any resolved.
