      I purchased a new snow blower from this business two years ago and recently had called this business and scheduled it to be picked up for service. It was picked up on the day and time scheduled, approximately at the start of the second week in October 2023. I was told it would be a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks go by and I call to check on the status and get a voice message from the business that says we are no longer taking new service requests and if you you already have a machine in for service we will call you when it is ready. Weeks go by again with no call from the business so I call them again and this time they have no working phone but the owner calls me back and I ask him to check on the status of my machine in for service he says he will check on it and call me back. Days go by and I receive no call back. I call again and this time they have a message that says they are taking new service requests and to leave a message, which I do and again no one calls me back. At this point I do not believe I will ever have my snow blower returned to me and consider this a straight out theft of my property by the owners of this business. It has been over two months since they picked up my equipment and they will not tell me what is going on or return my phone calls I have no choice but to take the next steps of calling the police and going to court.
