    Stay far away from this company , we had what were supposed to be mini splits installed , which one was the other wasnt, the other went into the ceiling , supposedly due to horse hair plaster in the ceiling it didnt sit in right etc. during and after the work was completed clean up of the mess made was not done , employee cut himself and said nothing , and we found bound stains and splatter everywhere, the bedding was ruined , walls and carpet with blood stains. After the work was complete we have had nothing but issues from day one , we couldnt use the product because it was working for the first two weeks, a technician had to come out and found out the wiring was incorrect hence no heat from the downstairs unit . Upstairs unit to this day still not working the unit turns off , error message appeared on screen , weird noises coming from unit like sounding like water being dumped out of a bucket. All communication has stopped not one text , call returned back after letting ***** know what is happening . Still owes us for damage that was agreed to be paid for , complete silence now, I will attempt one last time , if I get no response we will be taking next steps, I dont like being ignored and the wrong people are starting to get really upset. We want our units to work and supposedly all sales are final , but there is no documentation backing that up on any of the paperwork. Stay far away !!!!
