      I won a 2-piece lot on 10-23-20 and delivery shipping through the Houses in-house shipper *******************. On 11-23-20 only one item was delivered, and I subsequently spoke with ********************* at Kaminski on 11-30-20, where he noted that yes, they still had my item in the auctions staging area. After which he assured me they would send it to their warehouse for shipping out on the next available truck. Following-up in an email on 01-25-21 I didnt receive any response, so I sent another on 02-01-21, getting a reply back from ******************************* on 02-02-21 asking for a photo. When I sent it and didnt receive any response I reached out again on 02-09-21 when he responded that they did have it and would sent it out as soon as someone was available. When I did not hear anything in the following months, I emailed ****** again on 04-21-21. After no answer I called and spoke on 04-26-21, where he informed me it was on a truck with other lots, but because it was so far at the front it could not be reached. The only path forward was to wait until the other items were removed, so it cold be accessed. He was not able to provide a timeline.I have called ******************* approximately every 40 days since, most recently on 12-06-22, with that and most calls going directly to voicemail. I've spoke with Frank Kaminski once in July 2022, receiving the same response as before, that the desk was still in the back of a truck. While I believe it is indeed possible for this to be the case 2 years later, I feel little to no effort has been made to retrieve it.

      Mr. Kaminski and ******************************* have been in touch with this customer multiple times. WEedo not have the other desk he purchased.  He purchased a lot of two desks.  One was not available.or never existed. We have offered to give him a full refund for the ******** he did not receive plus shipping expenses and have not heard back from this gentleman.
