  After reading through filed complaints by current customers, I realize that I have the same complaint as the others. Ive been deceived and the communication is nonexistent. I have gone through several people in the four years that was my contract, due to high turnover. I was never informed when my last advisor quit. So I tried contacting him and got an email stating he quit and here was my new advisor. He never called me. My emails went unanswered. I was supposed to be done with payments in June 2022. I got an email in July stating I had to make three extra payments because an account that I had paid off OVER A YEAR BEFORE went to collections so the final settlement was more than expected. Nobody told me. I should have been informed as soon as I began working on that settlement. So I had to make three extra payments. Then when I was done with the program they connected me with someone who would work on making my derogatory marks on my credit score go away for $600 and it would take three months to do..why is that not already in the service?!?! I was under the impression that this was INCLUDED in the program as I paid off my debt. Im really upset with how I was treated and how ridiculous their communication is. I feel cheated. I have told others to use a debt counselor from a non-profit. They did far more without the fees.

  Working with DMB was a great experience. It was a long and hard road but they were with me every step of the way. Communication was always there. They really showed that they wanted to help me with my debt problems and they proved to be successful.

  I was thoroughly pleased with the services that DMB provided to me. It was a long and tedious process but together we accomplished the goal and they did exactly what they promised. I totally recommend them. ????

  Well what can I say about the diligence of this company. Normally, I'm skeptical of your average fly by night debt consolidation companies. Honestly, I didn't really trust them because it sounds too good to be true. However, DMB proved me wrong. From the moment I talked to Navil, my DMB consultant, I knew she was a genuine professional. I realize the sincerity in her voice that she was for real about helping me get out of debt. She talked me through the process step by step and answered all my concerns. She constant kept in contact with me to brief me on my debt creditor settlements...which was surprising....because they were on a mission. DMB took resolving my debt problems seriously. Settlements with each creditor were expedited thoroughly to the point that I'm positive I got the best possible deal. Some of the deals the got me were truly surprising. After the first few months, I knew they would continue on with the mission of getting me debt free....that took a huge burden off my shoulders. I knew I was in good hands with *****, *******, and the whole crew. Even when things went to the legal side, the legal department stepped right on in as promised....and expedited all legal matters in a most expeditious manner. Everything that was promised upfront came to fruition. Most of all the deal of possibly getting a loan that was briefed to me upfront has come to fruition as well. Now instead of years, in a matter of months, I should have a heck of lot better credit scores. DMB is beyond trustworthy. They came through with what they said they could do. I feel a lot of weight lifted off my shoulders and couldn't have asked for a better team. I am truly and sincerely grateful for all they've done. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has tremendous debts that has overwhelmed them. True professionals that will expedite your problems.

  It was a good experience working with DMB Financial. The road was long and hard, but I finally made it to the end. I'm so grateful for everything DMB has done to help me, I would have never made it through this without them. Everyone was easy to work with, and they made it as painless as possible. There were times that I thought I would never make it to the end, but now I'm finally there. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

  Just like most, I enjoyed my time with DMB Financial. It is a long process, but I saw it through. Now that Im done, I will continue to improve my spending habits and be financially stable. Thank you to all that helped me along the way. To those who are starting, stick with it!

  DMB Financial really helped me with my financial situation. Everything went thru them all I had to do was make my monthly payments with no hassle. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. I would recommend them to anyone.

  At first I was very skeptical about trusting anyone because I was scammed, but this company is the real deal they kept in touch with me to see if I needed anything or had any questions. I promise if you do what they say you will not regret it. You have your own personal person
