I would not recommend going with this company at all. Been in the program a little less than 4 years and as far as I know only one card has been fully paid off and there are 6 others to go. Every time I try to call I get the run around. They even told me that they would give me a breakdown of what was paid off and what the other settlements were and their payments that was 2 months ago and still have not received that. No one ever has any answers and when I finally do speak to someone I am assured that the rest of my cards will be paid off by September of 2023 very unlikely. I recommend trying to settle debt on your own and DO NOT go with this company.

A few years ago I managed to get myself into unmanageable credit card debt. Trying to be a stand up guy I chose NOT to file bankruptcy and instead I signed up with Elite Financial Services. They went on to negotiate a pretty great settlement with **** of America and Discover Card. From 2018-2021 I paid them a total of $12,763.20, starting with a monthly payment of $328.11 which then went up to $524.00 for the last 5 months. Apparently they didnt pay off my creditors, however. I was sued by both B of A and Discover and was never served papers! The only reason I ever found out is because I was notified by my bank that there was a lien on my house! And then in the last 2 weeks Discover Card DRAINED MY BANK ACOUNT. I have NOTHING left. It looks like they didnt pay somewhere around $2000 to **** of America, and $2,381.00 to Discover. I want them to pay B of A the approximately $2000 they failed to pay, and I want them to return the $2,381.00 to my bank account.

I started the process of consolidation with Elite. They were taking $695 every month for 1 1/2 years to pay off 4 creditors. Everything was going fine ! Then they started to push me into getting a loan to pay them off . I said that would cost me more money than I owed them when all was said and done. So I kept paying them. Then I got a summons from the court saying Im being sued by one of my creditors . I called them and they said they would resolve the issue. Then a couple of months later I got 2 more summons from 2 more creditors. I called elite again and they said they were paying them. Well I told them to get back to me but they never did. I called and got a new supervisor names ***************************** he asked me to give me a few days and again he never got back to me either. After 100s of phone calls and e-mails and they got $12,500 from me, I now have all my creditors during me. DO NOT USE THEM! work it out with your creditors on your own!

I was originally in a DMP with Freedom Debt and they did nothing for 3 months. So, I found Elite Financial, made the call and was sold a bill of useless goods. I was never told anything about premium services and how that works. I asked on my call if there were any hidden fees or charges and was told no. Then I found out my first two debited payments went towards some premium services c*** (again never mentioned). So, irate at this point I wanted to speak to a manager about where my $1000 was. The rep got back on the phone and said the manager would refund the payments back into the ************** account they use for a dedicated account and remove the premium services from the account. Well needless to say I waited and kept checking the *************** account and it still has a 0 balance. I spoke with a rep on 11/3 or 11/4 and they told me the money would be deposited back into the account on Monday. Guess what, money is still not there. Nobody is responding to my emails, or phone calls. How is a member supposed to keep track of the progress of their account if they can't see anything being done? I was told by the intake specialist that my accounts wouldn't have to wait to be further behind because when I registered with Elite, they said they would work on my accounts immediately. Another lie. As a business, you should train your people better on not to lie. Because right now I feel duped and lied to. And the sad thing is that I had to resort to this avenue to illicit any response. So right now, I'm out $1000 and don't know where it is. I really believed everything that was said on my intake call, and they seemed like they cared. ALL lies, just like Freedom Debt relief! I really thought this was a company that cared about my situation and wanted to help. But again, you can't get a person on the phone or email.
