    Scratchful casino uses Masspay to pay out casino winnings. Myself and other players are not receiving their winnings due to Masspay negligence

    This company is supposed to transfer my work earnings and they charge a fee to do so. Today was supposed to be payday for me, but the entire site had an error when anyone tried to get their earnings for the entire day. Ive been trying all day to get my money because my rent is due and theyre about to cause me to be evicted. The last time I tried was tonight and it appeared to go through. I chose the instant transfer option, which is supposed to go directly to my debit card immediately, as it always has for over a year now. However, I never received anything but an email saying it has to be confirmed by the bank and could take 48 hours. This is only supposed to be for next day bank transfers, so they messed up big time. I cannot wait for my payment as I urgently need to pay my rent, and Ive already accrued late fees because of this. Masspay has shown they do not care, and theyve stolen my money. They also stole my money 3 months ago when they announced a virtual debit card option with a one-time fee. They charged me the fee but never created the virtual card, and I have waited on a resolution for 3 months. I followed up today and they still had no answer and said to wait for them to investigate. It doesnt take 3 months to do that; this company is stealing from its clients. On top of that, the only way to contact them is via email, where it seems to be a bot that replies, and they are never helpful. This is ridiculous. Its unbelievable that this company hasnt been shut down yet. I genuinely expect that the people running this scheme will go to prison soon.
