Horrible place all around. I have never seen such abuse and neglect in humanity. A loved one sat in urin and f**** all day some days. This loved one witnessed a nurse hit a dying patient. F**** in the bathroom for over a Month. I took pictures every day to document it. I called a few lawyers and nobody would help us. This place needs to be shut down for everyone's safety.

Do not send your loved one here to this facility, absolutely horrible. My father spent a week here and would have rather been in jail than this rehab facility. He was in excruciating pain and having chest pains and nurses did not care to help. I spoke with the social worker director *********************** who did absolutely nothing. She did not even know what days the Nurse practitioner was in house (3 days a week come to find out) after asking if the ** or *** could look at my dad who was severely malnutritioned/dehydrated and almost in renal failure. This was the night I got him out and back to the hospital for proper care. If I left him here he would have died in their care.He also would call for medicine about 10 mins before he was due, he would wait anywhere from ***** minutes to get said meds in the middle of the night. My dad would call my cell so we could keep track after a nurse forgot to give him meds but claimed she did. Mind you my dad has no memory issues. When I would be on the line with my dad you could hear other patients yelling for help. No family member should have to write down med doses and times all hours of the day/night to keep track for a facility. Another night they ran out of his pain medicine and it was hours until they delivered the next batch. How does this happen I got no answer when asked.I tried calling the director of nursing on two occasions (separate days) leaving voicemails and not getting a phone call back. You walk in and it smells like urine throughout the halls. The food was terrible and always cold. Out of the week my father was there he participated in rehab one time and only got one shower after begging for one. Let alone get his bed sheets changed.Only nice nurse was **** and then the ** lady (not sure her name) who agreed my father needed to go to the hospital immediately (8:30 pm on a Tuesday night).I feel terrible for the people who do not have family to advocate for them or who have memory issues.
