      On Dec. 5, 2012 a traffic camera allegedly spotted my car speeding in ************, **** On Dec. 12, 2023, I received a mail nottice of a speed citation from Sensys Gatso on behalf of the ****************************** I attempted to call the number to contest the citation on Dec. 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 2023. The number never offered a menu of options nor were answered by people. The calls all went to an automated reply to leave a message. I left multiple messages and have not had a response in more than a week.The company offered an online appeal option at www.viewcitation.com . The landing page asks for a login to download a form. Every login attempt refreshes the screen to the login screen - it doesn't lead to any forms or other information.Although Sensys Gatso claims to allow appeals of citations, it appears the company is making appeals of these citations deliberately difficult at best and impossible at worst.

      Numerous letters frequent stalking and asking me for money because I dont drive take it off my name its a police officer stalking she said ** kk a female sending false letters a ***************************** you begging thats how you know its false either it was me or the car owner I do not drive that way my car keys are frequently stolen by family members

      *************** to BBB Complaint # ******** for ******************************** citation number **************. A violation was captured in Newburgh Heights, **** on 08/30/2022 at 11:29 AM Eastbound on ******* Avenue at 52nd Street for license plate *******. When the motor vehicles license plate was run, the *** return identified the motor vehicle being registered to ********************************. As the registered owner of the vehicle, a notice was issued to ************** on 09/03/2022.  We received no payments, phone calls or disputes from ************** and the file has been transferred to Garfield Heights Municipal Court. 


      It is recommended that ************** review the citation information on the citation attached below. She can log in to review the citation on the website www.viewcitation.com. ************** will need the full citation number including the period and the pin number to access the website, all of this information is available on the attached citation. ************** should then contact the court for additional information. The court contact information is located on the back of the citation.
