    Do not use. Cincotti tile installed 2 heated bathroom floors in a brand new home we built. Neither floor works. The wire was cut by the tile guys and buried under one of the floors, and on the other floor they ordered wire that was too long and doubled it up along a wall. That floor overheats and trips the breaker. The only way to fix both floor is to re-install. The owner did not offer any reasonable solution, he said "can't you just live without the heated floor." In addition, both heat wires were installed incorrectly. They were run under the vanities and the toilets. It's a hazard to have the heat trapped under the vanities and the heat under the toilets will eventually cause the wax rings to melt and need replacing. During the install the owner did not come up to check or supervise. On the multiple times I attempted to get them to fix the issues I got the run around. The rep from the heating wire company also attempted to get the owner to come to a meeting and the owner did not make time. He sent 2 employees, they popped up a tile and clearly saw the cut wire that was underneath. Do not use this company or you will by spending money for another company to fix the floor. We are left paying twice for tile floors and an attorney instead of Cincotti Tile doing the right things. It's very upsetting
