    Taxes were done on February 10, 2023. Amendment needed to be done shortly after. Called at least 10 times and was put off each time. Secretary said amendment done but it was never done. Finally a month ago I was told new paperwork needed to be filed again. When I was put off and told it was taken care of it never was.Now I have checked tax website again, paperwork never filed.Called company again and was told it would be checked into. Never got my promised call back. Spoke with secretary again and she said she would have him call me. Never happened and I give up.He should not be allowed to stay in business. Please help, I do not want to deal with him any longer. I am hoping you can get to bottom of this *****************************

    There was a miscommunication with the client regarding this. We had submitted an amended return to the ************* due to a notice the client received. It seems client called the State and they never received it. Once the returns are mailed out to the State or IRS, it is out of our control and we are not able to do anything. Once the client notified us that the State did not receive it, we had the client resend the returns via certified mail. This way, the client will have a tracking number they can provide the State if they claim they did not receive the returns. 

     

    As of right now, I spoke with the client and everything is all set. Attached is a screenshot with the texts from the client that everything is cleared and all set.
