    I have tried on 3 different occasions to purchase a new Dodge vehicle from 3 different Dodge dealerships. In all situations, I agreed to pay the online advertised price and in all situations I was told I didn't qualify for the price based on where I live. In the most recent example the advertised listing said Unconditional Retail Price. I had already bought a plane ticket to *********** to close the deal only to have the sales person call me up later to tell me I didn't qualify and that the price would now be $2,000 higher. I have attached a screen shot of the advertised price taken from that dealer's website. This type of advertising is bait-and-switch in disguise. I'm asking that Dodge and the dealers honor their advertised price.

    I apologize to the company that received my complaint.  I'd like to request that the BBB remove my comments regarding this business.  I will re-direct my comments to the appropriate company.

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
