      I recently spoke to someone at the park that asked me to show them. That money was be taken off of my card. They called me back and told me my sons name was on the credit card used for other children not my own. They called me a liar for saying the card number which ended in 2121 I then showed them proof that they were charging that card and they have went silent. *** already made a complaint and its funny that here in ** there is no actual page for me to place this complaint too, so I have to go to other states and use companies with the same name so they fix the issue last time was Baltimore yet? I looked it up and couldnt find it this time. I made a prior complaint on this website about them stealing money for my card. They did respond to that. And so did the bbb reference number #******** I have emails showing that weve been in contact from the new manager and explained it. I wasnt the only one that this happened yet. All conversations and communication has ceased. Ive since then emailed the person I emailed me no response. How long am I supposed to wait until they fix the money that was stolen use for other kids that I dont not know or family Eight year old boy at the time cannot sign any waiver for any payment safety, etc. so why the person told me that my child did and no conversation has happened. I am submitting hey, that was made from the card 2121 and also are email Saying that some other person still using my sons name also also a fraction of the payment that was taken out and Declined ones also proof that the card the money was taken off of was my actual card Because they would not stop the payments from being taken out, I had to block the merchant on the cash app app, which is why you see declines even I had the money at the time

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Last I talked to them the told me my 8 year son was the one that paid for other children using my card . Thats not the case also when I first talked to **** he said the previous manager had multiple complaints of doing the same thing.
