    On August 3,2023, we placed an order for a headstone to be installed at our designated cemetery. The order was accompanied with a $1440. deposit. Design was approved on 12-21-2023 with installation scheduled for the March - April timeframe. A follow up was made on April 20, 2024 with no response. Multiple phone calls were made but the voicemail box is full and cannot accept any more voicemails. A visit was made to the store during advertised working hours but all doors were locked and no one was on site. It looks like they just walked away from the business. If they are out of business, we would like our money back. If still in business, we would like a contact.

    BBB has spoke to the consumer and confirmed that at this time they expect the stone to be installed by Memorial Day. They were informed by the business directly that they do not operate or have any staff during the Winter Months.

    I ordered a stone in January. It was scheduled to come in during April. I put down a $1,991.00 deposit. I've emailed weekly since 3/28 for a status with no response and the phone at this business is not taking messages. I've gone to the business and no one is there. I really want my stone or to get reimbursed so I can go elsewhere.

    BBB has been informed by the consumer that she was recently contacted by the business owner and informed that the business is closed during the winter months, and is not staffed during that time. Work is now resuming, and the stone the consumer ordered should be arriving shortly.

    August 6, 2023 Proposal was returned with approval for lettering to be added to my father's grave. Check was sent to company on 8/18/23. Check cashed on 9/1/23, I have copy of cancelled check. I have called and left messages, emailed, went to business unable to contact anyone there. As of last week work still hasn't been done. If there is a reason this work hasn't been done I'm sure I will understand if it makes sense, however I'm unable to contact anyone there. As you can imagine this is a very difficult time and this is not making things easier. Thank you for checking into this

    I will contact the customer.  I have had phone and computer issues that have caused issues with my business.  The work will be done but can not be done in the winter months due to the monuments being frozen and wet.  We had a 8 to 10 weeks lead time to getting the jobs completed and this was one that we didn't get to before we shut down for the winter.  I am happy to refund the money if the customer prefers that but the job is in our work queue and should be completed by the end of March once we start back up for the season.

    Thank you for reaching out to me.  A refund has been put in the mail.  The job to complete the final year on the ********** monument has been removed from our work queue and will not be sandblasted once we start back up in the spring.
