    Horrible work ethic and worse morals. Took TWO AND A HALF MONTHS to do a septic installation and this after A LOT of texts and calls to get him to even come over. Our attorney had to get involved to get him to show. Would've gotten another company but had already given him half upfront when we first hired him. DON'T GIVE HIM MONEY UPFRONT. He messed up big time reading the plans and had to redo the installation and then actually charged us another $500 for HIS MISTAKE. This after already causing us $870 for the extra 2 week delay in closing on the sale of the home. Marchand didn't get the signatures needed to pass the septic system done himself either. Our realtor ran around to get all the signatures HE was supposed to get. And even after all this, when we ask him to remove just that $500 for his mistake - he yelled at us, hung up and then had some guy who wouldn't identify himself or who he worked for call and yell at us about 1/2 hour later. The guy kept saying he was a DEVELOPER. NOT an attorney. The guy threatened that Marchand would put a lien on the property if we didn't pay that extra $500 and cause the sale that happened Friday to fall though. Don't hire this guy, we've never regretted hiring someone more.
