    Since theres  no response from the business at all as the communication history shows, my problem is not resolved.

    Hello, 

    We are very sorry to see that you had this experience at our store.  For clarity, the return policy on the website and in the physical stores is different.  On the website we refund as we cannot do exchanges.  In the physical stores we do only exchanges.  

    We are sorry that you had an allergic reaction to the fragrance, and we can make a one-time exception in this case and issue you a refund.  Please bring the perfume at the store where you originally purchased it, and we will issue a refund.
