    On April 21st, I was with some friends at Flagon in ****** for an 18+ event. I was in there for 5 minutes until another group of students approached my freind and I and where smoking an e-cigarette, which are prohibited in the venue. A guard then came and tried to kick all 4 of us out even though only 1 person was smoking and the rest of us did not violate any of their rules. Furthermore, my friend and I were not even associated with the 2 other students who were smoking.I tried requesting a refund on eventbrite. However, they did not offer a refund, accusing me of breaking the venue rules. The business can cross examine my statements here (that I was in fact not smoking) by checking their CCTV camera. I am filing this complaint specifically for a refund from the business, since I was kicked out without violating any rules at the venue.

    I bought ****** VIP ticket ( 115 with tax and fees) to an event last night that none of the staff knew about. Only to find out the event was cancelled after I got there. No one was chagrined for entrance except for me. I was charged 100,00 USD plus service fee and tax. The lady running the event said she talked to the organizer and that I would get a refund by no one reached out and no refund was given. I am going to report this to the BBB consumer affairs and the *** for anti semetism as the only person charged for the event and not treated like a VIP was me . I'm Jewish. They had my last name. I am going to report this everywhere. What a scam and bait and switch and false advertising. I want my money back including all external fees caused by this anti semetic company. Consumer affairs complaint is next.

    Better Business Bureau:  they refunded me.

    My girlfriend and I were completely disrespected and humiliated when we went to this establishment before a 1:35 pm ****** Red ******* game on Sunday May 29th 2022. The manager of security (the very tall man) and the other larger gentleman with him were absolutely unacceptable in their behavior. After purchasing a Strawberry Lemonade alcoholic drink for my girlfriend for $14.00 (plus tax) (with cash) at the bar, they confiscated both of our ID's because we were "out of state from ************ and under 25" which does not make any sense as legal alcohol consumption age is ******************************************************* I asked them to fully explain to me why we needed to leave. They would not speak to me they would only say "you need to leave now". We are both 21 years of age with legal ID's. They refused to return them to us. We had to call over a ****** Police Officer who was on detail near Gate E at *********** (who I commend for his professional and outstanding attitude) to help us retrieve our ID's. After a brief dispute with the security staff he was able to return them to us. We suspect malicious behavior to be occurring regarding identity theft by the security staff at this establishment. I demand an apology and to be reimbursed for my purchase, as well as compensation for my public humiliation and defamation of character. This incident occurred a few hours before the 1:35pm baseball game (I am unsure of an exact time). I would approximate it to be 12:30pm I have attached proof of our visit in pictures below. I can contact ****** PD to have the officer involved in this incident verify this information as well. Thank you.
