Hello ... Leader Terminal is probably a scam and probably should be investigated by the legal authorities. ... The pitch is they are a mostly online-based talent/recruiting agency, with a national reach, which places business leaders in to high-earning, c-suite positions. They guarantee at least one interview within the first three months to job-seeking clients, and charge clients $750 for the three months. There were reviews on various websites which seemed to support ** being legitimate, so I signed up. During the initial weeks, clients must connect ** to their LinkedIn account. ** may provide some suggested re-write/edits to the content/copy on a client's LinkedIn page. And ** sets up a profile on its website for clients. The profile is very minimal (borrowing you LinkedIn pic) and has limited functionality. As in, you can see initial position descriptions but you cannot click through to see more information. And, you can see the outside recruiters ** allegedly works with, but you cannot click through to see more information about any recruiters or contacts. After a few weeks of trading email about specific positions, the Leader Terminal **** stopped providing updates. It's been three months and ** has not delivered on its guarantee. There have been no introductions or conversations with any possible employers. As of today (28 Aug 2024) it looks like the ** website is gone, and it's digital footprint has been deleted. ... I'm happy to provide documentation (i.e., copies of emails) if needed. Please reach out directly to my email or phone, and leave a message. Also, here's a thread from Reddit about Leader Terminal which may be helpful : *********************************************************************************************************************************

I was invited to sign up for Leader Terminal services and spoke to ******************* on May 14th. He pitched the services saying that he was working with *************** companies that had just received funding. He claimed that Leader Terminal's primary services were to help VC's understand the talent in their portfolio better, and that presenting candidates was a value add.Leader Terminal charged a 1 x fee of $750. The agreement was that they would provide:3-month membership designed to secure interviews Look at your brand - have people on staff that can update your portfolio - can present candidacy to decision makers 61% of users got an offer and 84% had discussions They also offered a moneyback guarantee - if you do not get 2 interviews or 1 offer within 3-months.I received monthly communications from the Leader Terminal sales support team (and *****) for 4-weeks and then never heard from them again. I reached out to both ***** and the team, and never heard back from them again. It looks like their web domain has expired, despite being listed on MANY websites and lists as a small business in *******I am not sure what recourse I have, but this service feels predetory - targeting people in active job searches

At the beginning of April, ******************* from Leader Terminal reached out to me about an opportunity to help with my job search. We set up a call and had a good introductory call in which he outlined Leader Terminal's unique approach to helping candidates get interviews and hopefully a job. He mentioned the cost was $750 for three months and they have a money back gaurantee if not satisfied with the progress within the first three months. I thought the approach was reasonable, so decided to sign up and give them a chance. Things started out great. I would hear from ***** or the team multiple times per week. They shared 3 or 4 very interesting job opportunities. Mentioned that, at meeting in *** or ***** with investors of those companies that I was pitched as a candidate. Long story short, nothing ever came from those conversation. And as time went on, ***** and the team stopped emailed regularly. Eventually no emails at all. And then, when I went to ask for my refund per their policy, their email addresses no longer worked. In fact, the website is no longer live.

On May 20, 2024, I paid $750 for three months service with Leader Terminal. Their explicit promise/claim was the guarantee of at least one job interview in that 3 month period, or my money back. For the first few weeks, they emailed weekly with updates. But communication stopped after June 17th. Their website now appears to be down, no response to emails or LinkedIn messages. They appear to have gone dark as a company without fulfilling their guarantee to me, nor notifying me.

On March 20, 2024 I signed up for leader terminal paying $750 for their services. They offered money back guarantee within the first three months. On May 7, 2024. ******************* of leader terminal indicated that things were not looking promising in the search for a position and said that their refund ****** would be in play. On May 29, 2024, I formally requested a refund. I have attempted to stay in contact with them for updates with no replies and I have not gotten a refund when I was given a 10 business day turn around.
