      I keep getting calls saying I failed to turn in my equipment ( router ) and Ill be charged for this failure, But I have turned it in AND there is a record of it, But for unknown reasons they keep calling me telling me they dont have it.They are a vendor for **** and every time I call **** they say, yes its on record of being turned in. So I dont understand why I keep getting these calls. Worse yet, When I talked to the Vendor they dont seem to believe me and wont reach out to **** to verify the information. I am at a loss of how to settle this. Again, **** says yes, its turned in but this vendor says nope its not. Id like to rectify this matter asap and stop all the phone calls.

      OnProcess Technology works with AT&T to contact customers who have outstanding equipment, to help facilitate the return to avoid any return fees. Our records have not yet been updated by AT&T that they have received the equipment, however the agent did update the OnProcess record that the equipment was sent back. Due to an automated process, this may take 24 hours to update, but should expect no further calls for this piece of equipment after 4/27/23.

      That was the response given after i spoke to them on the phone and then continued to call after they was notified about the equipment being returned.

      I apologize for any problems or concerns, however our records have been updated by AT&T that the equipment was received. No further communication should be sent regarding the equipment with Model number BGW320-500, as they have updated the account into a "received" status.
