    I booked a prepaid table at Caveau through Tablelist for February 7th 2025 under my name, Lily(Kanxuan) Zhai. When making the reservation, there was no clear indication that it was non-refundable. However, after checkout, a message stating all sales are final appeared, which was not clearly disclosed beforehand. Tablelists FAQ states that tables can be canceled at any time, with only a 10% fee if canceled within 24 hours, which directly contradicts what I was told after purchasing.Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. When I contacted Caveau, they informed me that since the table was prepaid through Tablelist, any cancellation or refund would need to be handled by Tablelist. However, when I reached out to Tablelist, they directed me back to Caveau, providing no clear resolution. Additionally, the phone number listed for Tablelist was incorrect, making it impossible to speak with a representative directly. This situation is frustrating due to the lack of transparency in the refund policy, the conflicting information between Tablelists FAQ and the post-purchase terms, and the difficulty in contacting customer support. I believe it is unfair for customers to be misled into believing they can cancel a reservation, only to be denied after payment. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund.
