    ProfitWell is the system that our company uses to track the number of cancelations vs. active accounts. There is a delay in their system that causes the information provided to us to be incorrect at the time the information is reported. This delay leads to misinformation being reported to internal employees and to customers.

We have over 30k companies using PW and accuracy in the data is our #1 priority since it's the bedrock of making sure you can trust your metrics and make the right decisions for your business.  SaaS metrics can get pretty complicated and across thousands of companies using several different billing systems, it's not uncommon to stumble across edge cases or bugs. We are committed to fixing those as they come up.
