    BAD customer service.As a loyal Rockebook customer I am beyond disappointed that my recent experience has been so negative. I have purchased several items from Rocketbook including the core and the fusion. Recently I contacted Rocketbooks customer service department to inquire about my core notebook. There was an incident which damaged the writing surface of some of the pages. I reached out to Rocketbook in the hopes that they would be willing to replace the notebook or at the very least offer another remedy. I was met with sheer disinterest. The customer service manager, ***************************, was not willing to assist in any fashion and was so brief in her response that it came across as extremely impolite. I think it speaks to the integrity of the company that they are willing to provide free products to influencers however cannot assist paying customers. It is sad that Rcoketbook is not willing to take the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.I hope that they take my complaint seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their customer service.
