I am pleased that we now have the opportunity to share our reviews about this company. In my personal experience, I have found this company to be involved in questionable practices. It appears that when you engage with them, they require you to sign a contract that heavily favors the seller, rather than offering fair benefits to the buyer.If you find yourself entangled in such a contract, I strongly recommend reaching out to your small business association for support and guidance. They can assist you in understanding your options and potentially help you find a way out of this unfavorable agreement. It is disheartening to learn that this company has been subjecting small businesses to such practices for an extended period.I am grateful for platforms like this review page, where we can share our experiences and inform others about the realities of engaging with this company.Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts, and I hope this information proves helpful to others.Owner/ Small business

They failed to provide basic support in our first year. Couldn't get a simple phone call about resetting my password and correcting an error in our business name. They sure did call fast when I requested a cancellation. Unfortunately I missed the deadline to cancel before our automatic renewal. And the sales person had the gall to try and sell me on more c*** after not providing any service the first year.Dodge Construction Network

We would have given a negative 5 starts,
This is a scam company. Contractor beware.
We are a pressure washing company and unfortunately we tried to make the platform work but the available jobs almost never pertained to us/ Pressure washing. We actually waited patiently and gave the blue book time 1.3 months to make things right.
Well when it came time to cancel is when the fun begins.
We have requested to cancel on numerous occasions and they just ignore our request and continue to charge our card $145.
We have included a few email requests for proof and also hopefully will help the little family run operation that this criminal company likes to screw!

This account has yet to be canceled. You gave me Kevin E******** ( Blue Book Representative) so he can cancel the account ( apparently he is the only person that can cancel out agreement) and he does not return my phone calls or emails.

Please cancel my subscription with Bluebook and we want to be credited for the past due charges since we have requested to cancel over 6 months ago.
My attorney has been BCC to this email.
My next move will be to file fraud charges in the State of Maryland District Courts and we can take a different route with canceling.
Kevin E********, Blue book representative once again has been CC’d to this email to request to cancel.
You have lost a contractor for life and I will do everything in my power to spread the word, Kevin E******** is a fraud and a clown. KE, Thanks for the return phone calls. and reply to my emails.

I sent them a cancellation notice in advance of the auto renewal and it was not cancelled, the Rep *********************** has refused to respond to my repeated emails after I received a collections notice. Leads are publicly posted, no need to subscribe for a service that sends them to you. Horrible customer service.Dodge Construction Network

Do no sign up with Dodge, they hide an auto renew in the contract that you are not aware of, then refuse to cancel even though you are not using their service. ************* is subpar as well. I wish I could award 0 stars.Dodge Construction Network
