    Charged me $960 for one year of contact lenses on Aug 4 and never sent them to me, then charged me for 3 months of contacts ($250) on Aug 14 and only sent 2 months worth FINALLY in November after multiple calls. Have been trying to reach them over the past 2 months via phone since I dont live in ****** anymore and only just found out they have now permanently closed. Seeking repayment of the money they charged me for contact lenses never received.

    Visited this eye doctor in late October 2023, and paid for a contact lens exam and ordered a year supply of contact lenses. On December 8, 2023 I went to the store to pick up my contacts, and saw it was closed. The telephone number is no longer in service. I was scammed out of over $1,000. Want a refund as well as access to my prior eye exam records.

    I had my yearly vision exam on 9/14/2023 and was supposedly charged for contact and replacement lenses for my eyeglasses. I finally received my contacts almost four weeks after the exam date and inquired about my replacement lenses. The owner stated he would look into it. He then called me on 10/16/2023 to inform me that he had found my lenses. I called on 11/3/2023 to see when I could swing by and the voice message stated the business was closed due to renovations. I called again today to pick up my lenses and the number is now out of service. I checked Yelp and recent reviews confirm that I am not the only customer experiencing this issue. My confusion about this entire situation is that I contacted ***** Vision and was informed that he was an out-of-network provider (I was unaware but that is my negligence) and I was charged only for contact lenses. The charge seems extremely high for an exam and contact lenses only. I do not know if replacement lenses for my glasses were ever ordered to if he was stringing me along.

    I dropped my eye glasses off to be repaired and when I call all phone # have been disconnected. They are holding the only eye glasses with my current prescription and I dont have a copy of my current prescription. I have not received any correspondence from the owner.

    I had an eye exam and purchased contacts on September 22st. Contacts were suppose to be available for pickup in 2 weeks. Did not hear from them and called, they stated they are being shipped to my home. Still dont have them as of 10/31 and for follow up calls have gone unanswered. The business is now closed for renovations, nobody is there firing business hours as of yesterday even know the sign says get are only closing for November.
