    Received partial DNA test results with 3 results still pending aver four years later. Although very delayed in reporting needed to make sure others are aware of the partial processing and lack of reliable reporting from this company.

    I purchased a VITAMINS DNA Sample Collection Test kit. I mailed the collection kit back to the company. I never heard from them again. I would like to receive the test results or a refund of my money.

    I bought a test at CVS back in June 2020 and sent it in right after. It was promised to me in 6 to 8 weeks and I never heard from them so I tried reaching out to them ad twice I was promised that my results were still being analyzed and then the last I heard from them was December 2021. Once again I was promised that it was being analyzed and have heard nothing from them since. That test for the nutrition DNA was not cheap and three years later I am still waiting for my results. I just sent them an email stating that I never got my results even know they were promised to me from some guy named ******. I told them that they better tell ****** to stop lying to people and that they need to find my DNA and my results and they had better be my results or else I want it a full refund. I see their license was suspended and they started doing Covid testing but that is not an excuse for ripping people off. Try calling them on the phone and you just get a voicemail and then you try the 800 number and you get a sorry you can only complain by email. I think this company needs to block over some doubt to some people because I guess I am not the only one.

    My DNA kit was received by their lab on June 22nd, 2020.On 6/23/2020 I received an email stating that they were analyzing my sample. I reached out on 9/20/2020 when I had not received any updates. The reply stated that processing times were 6-8 weeks. With that timeline my results should have been ready at the latest by the end of August. On 9/20/2020 I reached out again. Four months later on 1/1/2021 I received a response to my email. They stated that:Apologies for the delayed response.?After checking, I see that the results for your NOOM DNA test are still below 80%. We are currently having some delays due to the Covid-19 situation and we truly apologize for that. I don't have a specific date as to when the test/s will be completed but I will continue to keep an eye on it and make sure they move through as quickly as they can. Rest assured that our lab team is doing its best to complete all pending results the soonest and you will get a notification once an update is available.?Thank you and have a great day. On 4/18/2021 I reached out again asking for results where I got the same auto generated 6-8 weeks ETA. On 5/19/2022 I reached out again and asked for a refund and have not heard back.This feels like a complete scam. I hate giving them even 1 star. Buyer beware! Do not do business with this company. There are other more reliable companies. Heck my dogs two DNA tests were completed in two weeks with another company.

    I mailed my DNA sample in October 2021. In December 2021, I contacted them. They said it would be another 6-8 weeks due to covid. I reached out again 6 months later and asked for a refund. I received no response. Now, in March 2023, I have still not received my results or a refund. Amazon is still selling this product despite all of the complaints. Buyer beware! Can we start a class action law suit?
