We bought four new GE appliances six months ago. The freezer in our refrigerator stopped working. We called and someone came out the same day for diagnostics. They said because the freezer is t cooling properly, it will make the fridge not cool properly. They sent us the parts needed for the repair and we scheduled the service which was three weeks after we couldnt use the refrigerator anymore. The day of the service, the tech calls me before he was about to come to do the repair and tells me that he cant do the type of service we need and to call dispatch and tell work on getting someone who can do it how does a tech that cant do the service get scheduled for the repair?! I called dispatch and the earliest service they could get me was a week and a half later how is this possible?? How can GE expect their customer to live without their brand new appliance for OVER A MONTH?! Ive asked countless times for a replacement and they give every excuse or hoop for me to jump through (call a repair service and well reimburse you?! Isnt that their job?!) rather than resolving this issue. All of our appliances are under warentee, what is the issue?? My family with two small children have been living out of a mini fridge for four weeks! It blows my mind that a company that you bought a brand new product from has no problem letting their customers be without a necessary appliance. We have also left a review and complaint on BBB.

I purchased a GE Profile refrigerator in May 2023 when I bought my house. This was supposed to be the top of the line appliance in that category. Exactly two years later, the refrigerator stopped working and it took weeks to repair. I called GE to report it and was told they could not assist me because my warranty had expired. ************* warranty took care of it, but now the refrigerator is once again malfunctioning. The freezer isnt working, and it has only been a month since the last repair. I reported this issue to GE again, but they claim there has been no recalls on the appliance. It clearly has a defect and now I have to replace it. I would not have spent so much money on a supposedly top of the line product if I knew it only had a two-year shelf life. I am attempting to file a customer relations complaint, but their process is designed to make it difficult. I am very disappointed in GE. This refrigerator is a lemon, and its issues must be exposed so that others can be made aware of what to expect when dealing with GE customer service. You will ********************* no answers or help. A company like GE should treat its customers better.

I purchased a GE Profile 4.8-cu ft Capacity Carbon Graphite Ventless All-In-One Washer Dryer Combo from ****** in **********, ******** on March 9, 2024. However, by March 1, 2025, the appliance began malfunctioningit would not fill with water and would only run a dry cycle. I contacted GE on March 3, 2025, as the unit was still covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty.Since then, Ive encountered multiple issues with GEs service. Ive had over five unsuccessful service attempts, during which technicians either failed to show up or failed to fix the problem when they did arrive. Despite taking time off work and incurring additional costs and time at the laundromat, the issue remains unresolved. Its clear that GE does not prioritize customer satisfaction or stand behind the quality of their products.

I purchased the GE Profile 30-inch 5 Burner Element Smart Slide-In Electric Range for $1,917.55 with high expectations, given its premium price and advertised features like convection cooking and air frying. Despite its limited use, the ovens poor construction became evident in JAN 2025 when I used the steam-cleaning function for the first time. I followed the manufacturers instructions exactly, expecting an easy cleaning process. Instead, when I opened the oven 30 minutes later, I discovered small black particles covering the bottom, peeling from the sides and top of the oven, and even stuck to the heating elementwhich may now be damaged. It was as if the ovens coating was melting and flaking off, much like chipping nail polish, proving that GE's steam-cleaning feature is fundamentally flawed and damaging. While GE claims the coating is "non-toxic," no consumer should be forced to ingest deteriorating oven material. This range is under warranty. GE ***resentative immediately dismissed my complaint as 'cosmetic' a clear sign that she was regurgitating scripted responses rather than addressing legitimate concerns and informed me that GE would neither ***air nor ***lace the oven. When I insisted on escalating my case, the *** stated she had no specific supervisor and was simply reading from the GE diagnosis manual. GE arranged for AI Appliance to inspect the oven. The technician arrived, took photos, and his professional remarks to me were to contact GE.The coating inside the oven was defective, and when exposed to steam, it bubbled, flaked, and peeled off.The heating element was covered in residue, which could indicate potential damage. The bottom of the oven had a large gray discoloration where the coating had completely melted ****** FEB GE responded with an infuriating factually incorrect assessment stating the flaking and peeling coating was food residue, instead of the protective oven lining disintegrating due to their own defective materials

I bought a dishwasher 3 years ago. from GE Had to replace both racks in the washer. The protective coating on the rack all melted off. I do have hard water but I has a dishwasher (another brand) for 25 years and this did not happen. I wrote two letters to them about my complaint and no one responded.I will never buy a GE product again

I have a Ge model adhl35la02 I only used it a few times , and then I get an error message and it wont turn on . I tried calling several times for support . Spent many hours on hold . I Asked about a part, I had one agent tell me they have it , but I would have to buy another part with it , I speak to another agent and they say that part doesn't exist . When you purchase brand new washer and dryer and have nothing but issues with them working correctly for a year. GE only wants to send more and more techs out to "see what the problem is". Which means you have to take yet another day off work, because the tech will be there between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday only. They refuse to refund your money. They think after a while you will give up and leave them alone. When you want to speak to a supervisor, you get the standard "All supervisors have left for the day. One will call you back tomorrow". Never got one to call me back.
