      On the morning of 9/27/2024 I ordered and paid for a Karaoke machine rental direct from the companys website for a kids birthday party for *********. I missed their call on 9/27/2024 at 12:33 p.m. and called right back, the *** said that the karaoke machine was not available, and they would come out and DJ for more $$. I was not interested and asked for a refund. I checked my ****** Credit card statement in November and realized they never refunded me. I called the company on 11/22/24 and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I called again on 11/26/24 and spoke to a man and he claimed i waited too long, and made an excuse that they updated their systems and could not refund me. I said that is not right, it was only 2 months ago, so he asked me to send an email with charge from credit card. I sent email 11/26/24 and never heard back. This company will not refund me for a rental i never received and they know it was not in stock that day but still kept my money in the amount of $159.38.

      Due to us having a new System we can look at that payment and find out if it was refund or what happened we don't mind giving her a credit to use our services again due this being so long ago . We are so sorry about this .

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as answered. 

      I paid for a rental that I never received. It was not my fault the website said it was available when it wasnt. I didnt see my credit card statement until the second month and called the business as soon as I noticed they didnt submit a refund which could have been done the day they called to say it wasnt available, now I have to chase them for a refund and the excuse that they changes systems and it was so long ago (2 months) is not acceptable.  You can check bank statements and know a refund didnt happen. Not sure what is so hard to issue a refund for something they never delivered.
