    I purchased two tickets to ***** and Tequila fest on February 22, 2024. I purchased them that far in advance because the concert promoter said the prices would increase when the next wave of bands was announced. The headliner was 311. The concert was scheduled for September 7th, 2024. It was postponed. When the new dates were announced it was scheduled for April *****. At the time of the reschedule announcement my wife had an appointment scheduled and we didn't think she would be cleared to travel. On 9/7/2024 I requested a refund and they said they would, but it would have to be after the insurance company paid them because they had a claim. I asked how long it would take and they didn't have a time frame. I had not heard anything so I emailed them 2/11/25 to find out about my refund. I didn't know the whole festival has been canceled. They said the refund process started on 2/10/2025 it didn't get completed. They noted if I still had the card used to purchase them it would be refunded back to that card. I contacted my bank and verified the card I used to buy them had expired. They said if they concert people tried to refund it to that card it would get rejected since the card was expired. The bank said all that needed to be done was add my new card info to the ticket people's side and they could refund my money. They have been giving me the run around for months. I just would like to have my money back.
