      Elite Home Fitness/Message on Their Website Thursday, 10.20.2022 @ 3:00 p.m.****: You should register your company with the Better Business Bureau. Since there are so many scammers out there using impressive websites which can easily be phony, the BBB gives potential clients valuable information. Enter your company name on the BBB site. Even though you are not currently registered with them, you will read a very telling negative review. That is one reason that we are currently not moving forward. One of the many things that the ************************ stressed with us is that you should NEVER pay money upfront. Therefore, we want our $115 returned to us as we will not be meeting with ****** at this time. When medical professionals come to our home, we meet and discuss issues and contracts, when necessary. Only after the meeting do we pay them. Your two scheduling options are ridiculous. Six months or twelve months? And if we have to cancel we pay 50% of the remaining time. Are you out of your mind? Are you that desperate for money? What kind of lowlifes are you used to working with? I am trying to keep my 80 year old Husband alive, well, and happy. I dont have money to give to a company that we do not believe is a good fit for us. I resent your sending us A COUPON for something as a thank you?!? I have worked with dozens of Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses, Medical Technicians, Personal Trainers, EMTs, Physical Therapists, etc., since ****. The one thing that we have NEVER received from any of them is a coupon. So sleazy! Are you a professional medical company? Or are you ********** I mentioned to ****** that both you and he talk very, very fast on the phone. It is almost impossible to understand and to comprehend what you are telling us. SLOW IT DOWN and try listening for a change. What are you guys hiding? I note that you have have several addresses and several phone numbers. What is that about? Please return our $115 as no paperwork was signed or exchanged. *****.
