    On February 26th 2023 I applied for four Sentinel annuities through Blueprint. This complaint is about one of them. I applied for and was told through the process that I would receive ****% on annuity ***********. Repeated emails and phone calls with Blueprint and they still tell me that I will get the ****% but my account still shows ****%. The other three annuities had a similar problem and were all corrected. It's now May 25th, three months later, and they still have not corrected it. Over the term of the contract it is a $2000 loss to me.

The rates have been corrected and back dated so I have earned the interest as if the rate was correct the whole time.  I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
