    I created an Account on their mobile App, Catch. This app was to help me take taxes out of my **** paychecks to pay my quarterly taxes. I havent used it because I havent had any **** checks recently. Last week I got a notification that money was taken out of my account without my consent. I have been trying to contact their support team for the past week with no avail. No one will respond and no one will help me. Instead my account is locked and I cannot get my money back. There is no one I can contact for my money back and it wont let me even cancel my account.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have messaged their customer service several times now and have yet to hear a response.

    I was using CATCH to withhold my tax money through their app. Its made for small businesses and contractors to set aside a percentage of their earnings and puts into a savings account through CMB Bank where we can withdraw it when we are ready to pay taxes. Back in May CATCH changed banks and took all my money! Over $8,000! Ive been getting the runaround from them since June 1st! They claim the check was sent but when I call ******** they said CATCH has not released the funds to cover the checks. So they have stolen over $8,000 of my tax money! Ive been unsuccessful getting anyone to respond anymore. Just the blame game while my money is gone!

    I signed up with Catch Financial (Catch) on January 16, 2022. I received an e-mail from Square, who issues my paycheck, recommending Catch as a way for **** contractors to set aside portions of their paycheck for expenses such as quarterly taxes, paid time off, health insurance, etc. I enrolled and set up an automatic 35% withholding for taxes from each paycheck for Catch to hold at a bank (at the time CBW) and automatically to submit to the *** on my behalf each quarter. Over the first quarter, this amount amassed to $12,876.70. After Catch indicated they would be submitting payment on my behalf, I did not hear anything to the contrary. It was not until I was looking at my profile later in the year, that I saw that the payment for Q1 was listed as Failed. Catch never contacted me about this. One June 13, 2022, I began corresponding with Catch, which started a months-long saga to retrieve my funds, which to this day are still missing. According to Catch, their former bank partner, CBW, has my funds. According to CBW, with whom I have also been in contact many, many times, I have received conflicting information, including that my name is on the list but there is a discrepancy with the amount, that my name was never on the list, and that they are still waiting for a list from Catch. Catch has also given me conflicting information, asking me not to contact CBW myself and then telling me I should be contacting them directly because Catch isnt hearing back. Catch has also been ignoring my messages, does not return phone calls, chats or emails, and I am at a loss for how to recoup my earnings. I understand that Catch is not personally holding my funds, but they are the liaison between myself, their customer, and their bank of choice. It is their responsibility to coordinate with CBW and ensure that my money is sent to me. Because I am not a customer of CBW bank, there is limited information I can get from them. Catch needs to resolve this immediately.

    I signed up for Catch by downloading the app from the Apple iPhone app store. I wanted 15% for my self-employment tax and 1% for my savings to be deducted each time I got paid for services. I followed the directions according to the app on August 6, 2022. Then on August 9, 2022, I discovered $201.34 was taken out twice. I contacted the Catch app support. I waited the time frame they have listed on the app for a response time...no response. I called my bank and started the dispute process for the transactions of $188.76 and $12.58. The response I got from Catch came on August 16, when they said they are reviewing my account. Well it's now August 24 and still no response from Catch. What they did do is respond to me via the app when I left a bad review. They still have not made any attempt to resolve my current issue, or reach out to **** am now locked out of my Catch account and they still have another $201.34 that I cannot withdraw from them. I contacted them again on August 23, and still no response. They can only be contacted on chat in the app. They have no customer service number listed. The response time is longer then 2-3 business days. Also when I researched the address it is just an apartment building. I do not see any office spaces. They have moved from ****** to ************* rather suddenly.I want my other $201.34 refunded to me.
