    If I could do 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM SUNGAGE FINANCIAL. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sungage Financial, and I would not recommend them to anyone. First off, their application form is completely outdated and missing key fields that they insist on having filled out. Its a hassle to deal with and needs to be fixed immediately. On top of that, their communication is absolutely terrible. They only send vague, brief email responses that never actually answer any of my questions. Its like pulling teeth just to get any useful information from them.They also ask for unnecessary personal details that other reputable financial institutions dont bother with. I dont understand why they need so much sensitive information when its not required ************ make matters worse, their so-called loan transfer process for buyers assuming an existing loan is a complete lie. The truth is, its only possible if the buyer applies for an entirely new loan at a higher interest rate than the sellers. This was never clearly explained, and it completely changes the dynamic of the process. The whole loan transfer situation is exaggerated and designed to drag out the timeline, possibly even sabotaging the sale of a house. Its a deliberate tactic to delay acquisitions or cause sales to fall through, wasting time for people who are seriously trying to secure financing. Honestly, dealing with them was a nightmare, and I wouldnt trust Sungage Financial with my business again.

The original loan document states that the transfer application would be subject to the current policies and procedures in place at the time of the application, and this applies to interest rate offerings. This information is listed on the banks website as well. Because interest rates are constantly changing, our present offerings are not the same as they were at the time of the original application.Additionally, we sent an email to you on March 20 outlining the next steps required to proceed, but we have not yet received a response. Specifically, we need your personal information to be listed on the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA). The most recent URLA form we received on March 20 only includes Virginias (co-buyer) details and is missing your information, such as Social Security Number, Date of Birth, employer details, etc.Our goal is to be transparent about our fees and procedures, and we are committed to addressing concerns and improving our communication to ensure a more positive experience for our customers. We value your input and thank you for bringing this to our attention.     I sent several responses back asking where I **uld put my information on the already **mpletely filled out URLA Form and sungage never responded. I uploaded all of my information in separate documents and they seemed to overlook those. I explained in a separate email that I have no room on the form and asked specifically what information they required. I received no response. They should have a section for ** borrowers to allow the **nsumer adequate space to fill out their information. The form requires the name of the ** borrowers and that is all, there is no space for any other information.

    I financed with Sungage about 2 years ago. We have since put out house up for sale and have had 3 separate buyers apply to take over the solar loan. All three have been declined. The last set of people have excellent credit and make great money and have a good debt to income level. This company has done nothing but put up roadblocks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON'T WALK, RUN. They are shysters. I would never, ever do solar panels again solely because of Sungage.

    ******* What can I said Im very disappointed with this company they went and install my solar system in sep 2022 and by now is still not connected so like someone mentioned in a previous comment, yes they do offer a extension but whats the point, if you went solar its because you want to save, Im thinking about opening a complaint for incompetent,

    BEWARE of this company as they partnering with a fraudulent solar company out to scam people. They are partnering with *************** ****** LLC a local solar company. Sungage Solar Finance Specialist name ******************************* dodge me every time I call and ask them for my solar status since **** is ignoring my phone calls and emails about completing the solar they stop. Stay away from financing with these crooks. ******************************* told me they verify the company before partnering with them but I doubt they do since this ************ is a fraud. Currently owes over $100k in loan for a bunch of junks on top of my house.
