    Foundation project/s Had original project with quote $7500 when doing project stated to me it was much worse and digging exposed home making repair needed before they could close it up blackmailed by being told if not finished while open I would have to leave my home for a few weeks-months till repairs were done/forced to go to bank for personal loan for additional $30000 was double charged for the digging on now 2 projects then Thursday he calls asking for another $40,000 to do the left side of my foundation he said was crumble also told him that there's no more money he begged to ask family then asked to go to the bank for another loan this is where we got suspicious and when I expressed job was not complete as I was assured the inside and outside of foundation gets sealed its standard with their work and would be guaranteed for 50yrs transferable warranty which there are many spots that I can feel air coming thru and water is still coming in, the ******* **** got aggressive and out of control I asked him to have it fixed he refused got aggressive raised fists to me then punched himself over and over in chest and head while yelling at me and made fun of my autistic son making ********* voices" I asked him to leave and went to police station. While there he called several food delivery places and a taxi to my home with my contact number (police witnessed all the drivers calling me while I was filing report and I have statements from a few of the places, the rest did not want to get involved). Work is not done and I am not safe in my home police told me not to make anymore communication with them Even asked them to finish project in front of police as directed by them since all this I have had 3 separate contractors come in all of them stated there's nothing is wrong with my foundation I hired one of them them did my whole basement not just the front for $956 that's $26,544 less!! For the same job! Also the business address comes back to a plot of land in ******

    I've got my lawyer involved and reported the issue to the city regarding ******* and family she tried saying we agred to stucco the wall of basement wich we never **** told her he will get the guys to put bit more mortar and waterproofing sealer inside she wouldn't pay the final 10k that's owed and contract signed etc so I will be putting a lien on the house and reporting it to newbedford town as the other side of here foundation of the property is ready to calapse and Un safe to live here also we have body cam footage of the whole situation with we will be taking to court she's lien the hole way thrue especially using her son as a guilt card or what the h*** is wrong with her and her husband ****** was yelling around you don't want me involved etc and it's all on camera we will be following up the issue with our lawyer

    As I have explained infront of police during the night I was harassed and have proof of I just want the job completed as I was told it would and as showing the dry spiderwebbed wall with crack air and water is still coming in from that is not complete and have no problem paying for it to be completed thats not leak proof! Also wanted to review wording on contracts as double charged the digging and asked for break down of supplies and labor to be sure cost was accurate and did not receive. As for body cams they should support my statements and was told by police are also inadmissible as I was not made aware at any point that I was being video/audio in my home with my belongings! If he did have a cam it also proves he stated he did the work when he shouldnt have, but how it was explained to me to black mail me into the extra job was now that it is exposed its unsafe so I needed to find a way to get the money, made us call my father in law then my boss then said well your running out of time I have other jobs you need to decide do we fix this or do we move out for the holidays! And I thought we were supposed to speak respectful here, and the language used in the companies response does not sound respectful or appropriate. And not sure if name given was even name of person that was here all 3 names sound the same on the phone. ****, **** and ***** ****** so.......but **** is the aggressor that makes me feel unsafe for them to be here! Supposedly ***** called from a blocked number and said ****** name is **** ***** not sure if true! But my safety is important and I felt and still feel unsafe with the behavior as well as the completion of work!

    As stated above ******* is trying to con us out of the final amount I told her we would go back and finish job but she kept going round in circles she's out for a scam I've notified my lawyer and be going that road about it as I don't think she's going to pay us the remainder so il have to go to court

    infront of police to resolve! Also got 2 other companies to come evaluate and they confirm this contractor is a fraud! And noone I have dealt with is actually ***** ******! Name attached to lic #
