    I have tried to receive *** through **** twice now to poor results both times. The practitioners are kind but leave quickly and often, which I think speaks volumes to the internal culture of the company. First time I was able to actually receive my medication but found staff flighty and hard to reach, second time had the same issues AND it took a month for them to clear a prior authorization on my medication due do a "large volume of requests" before I ultimately gave up and sought elsewhere for my medication. I understand the state of transgender healthcare in the *** is doing them no favors, but limiting the amount of patients they take on or being upfront about waiting times would make the process much less painful and expensive. Nearly $100 (two $39.99 subscription fees and a $20 copay) to not receive what I signed up for is just unacceptable. I'd advise to avoid this company if you can.

    I have had nothing but a satisfactory experience with this service. The practitioners are caring and helpful. The community platform has been an amazing resource. When I had an issue with a medication I was on they sent me one that helped within days. Compared to the general state of healthcare in this country I am more than happy with the great service they provide.

    Worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider. You are paying $40 a month for essentially nothing and then additional fees for medications, labs, and doctors visits. When I first started with them, they sent me the wrong needles for my medications TWICE. The needles they sent would not even attach to the syringes they gave me. When my insurance changed, I swear whoever was responding to my messages when I was trying to tell them this was either a bot or was just like not even reading what I was saying. I had to escalate things and put in a ticket for anyone to actually take me seriously. They kept blaming how long things were taking on insurance, and then said my insurance denied it but they would still fight for me! I went to my local LGBT health center and the same medication got approved in THREE DAYS while the process with them took almost a month and they never wound up getting the medication. They blame all of their issues on insurance but when you go to another doctor who has no issues with your insurance it makes it CLEAR that these people are just not doing their jobs. Giant waste of money. Dont even waste your time.

    Totally unresponsive. My hormone levels are constantly in fluctuation because I end up running out or have to ration my medication because they don't respond when I try to reach out to them to get them to contact my insurance for pre authorization. They claim that you can get same day responses but there's been points where I've gone 14 days without getting a response back from my care team at all. When I reach out to my pharmacy and/or insurance to see what the h*** is going on with the severe delay in my medication refills, I'm told that the care team hasn't even submitted anything to them or that they haven't heard anything from them either. For this low quality of service the subscription fee is way too high. When I take my medication regularly I'm fine but once I have to start rationing it or when I run out due to their negligence my levels go all over the place and I end up suffering in the end. Not to mention, my partner has also been using them for their medication and is having a similar problem. If you're thinking about trying them for your health care I highly advise against it. They will simply take your money and leave you lost in the dark. I initially came to them because I thought that the subscription fee might be worth it for the convenience and would save me the headache from having to **** for an endocrinologist near me, but that has proved to be fruitless.

    Doctors are very unresponsive and will not spend time to work with you at all. My medication ran out two weeks ago and they've made no effort at all to help renew my prescription. Barely sends responses to any questions. Do not use folx health.

    Extremely excited I got into their subscription service to get back on HRT but it was pricey, I figured what they heck it's only a little over what I was used to paying per month for HRT meds. Only problem is I only got meds my first month of subscribing...I subbed for 3 months of meds, I'm days short of 5 months in and i keep getting charged but no more meds have arrived. I've contacted their customer service at the late 2 month period and they told me "that's just how we do it" and essentially that the continued charges are for medical services that are provided but I haven't received, been notified I can seek out, given any way to direct a medical services charge through them to theoretically use this service im being charged for.Still hoping they're going to send me the meds I paid for because now I'm out

    Shady business. You are better off buying from another country.First time I ordered, about 1/3 of the pills were missing from the bottle. Annoying, but they sent me the rest with only 3-4 days gap.The second time, they sent via ***** who immediately misdelivered my medication. The medication was then opened. I told ***** to send it back as I am not taking opened medication.I immediately informed FOLX Health with the information. They didn't send out new medication. It has been 4 days since I reported this, and they still haven't sent out my meds.So, I've been off my meds for days, and my private medical information has been disclosed to a random number of people without ***** or Folx taking the matter seriously and refusing to let me know who now knows what medications I'm taking.
