      This business is listed under the another name Home2 Suites by Hilton. Exact address. My issue is with the ** ******, who came off very rude and discriminatory towards me. Issue with charging for parking. I was not notified that there would be a few, now was it listed on the itinerary. The only thing listed in the fine print was that the card would be left on file. When I tried to explain this to her I was rudely interrupted several times in the mist of me explaining issues with this. I was told at one point "Its our fault " (snide comment) I was told well maybe you should talk to the person that booked the room another snide ******* She was very unprofessional and I felt attacked for stating something that I wasn't going to pay for. I stated several times I'll just park somewhere else. Her response was I can just cancel the reservation now and you can go somewhere else to stay. She also told me that In-order for you to stay at my Hotel you have to pay for parking. I said I don't see why when I'm not parking on the property her response to that was to say well where are you going to park. That was not her concerned especially after I expressed several times that I wasn't going to park on the property. She rolled her eyes clicked her teeth and said insert your card. Again I expressed that I'm not paying for parking, she told me this is for incidentals. I ended up being charged for parking anyway. In the midst of this I asked for customer service information. She said why at first. I stated because I wanted their information. She said well who the hotel or for Hilton. I told her at first for the hotel, her response was I am the highest you're going to get I stated so you're the general manager she said yes. I said just give me Hiltons number then. she clicked her teeth then rolled her eyes again. This whole process I never presented myself as being rude but her mannerism showed a deep hatred for how she was interacting with me. She gave off ***** (racial) vibes.

      DO NOT agree for taxi pick *** from the hotel. Theres a concierge that offers the service, however, he fails to tell you that the fare is twice the price that Uber or Lyft charges. He was ***et because I told yes for a taxi but I never agree to pay twice the fee that other platforms were charging. He got ***et and as a guest, he says to me a very unprofessional comment when I decline the service after realizing the ridiculous fee. Also, I asked the cleaning lady if she could come in 30 minutes, she never showed up. Next day when she did shield up, left dirty sheets on our beds. Very disappointed on Hilton. I do have to point out the cafe, they gave us complementary tea and a breakfast taco, that was very kind of them. However, I dont think Ill be back to this hotel. The concierge made me very uncomfortable.

      I booked a room, and when I realized that it was the wrong location, they told me that they would refund my money, and book me a room at the right location. After booking the new room, and paying again, they told me that they were unable to refund me. I was told that a manger would get back to me, and that never happened. I emailed escalations twice, and no one has gotten back to me. I am extremely upset, and shocked at how I've been treated.
