      I cancelled my account over a year ago and continue to be charged monthly. I have called on numerous occasions and they arent able to locate my account or how they are even charging me. They have promised me return phone call and emails and I never receive follow up calls. At this point closing my back account seems to be my only option which is a gigantic inconvenience. Someone please help!!!!

      **************** was better than I expected; I called to cancel a membership that I wasn't aware of, and they understood my situation. They didn't try to haggle me from cancelling, and when I asked if I could receive a pro-rated return on the amount of time I didn't use on the membership, they said they'd give me a full refund since I didn't continue using the services, so it goes to show that it doesn't hurt to ask, in fact you may get a better response if you do. I appreciate this customer service.

      Infotracer is a useful tool, and when I was done using their service, the customer service agent was exceedingly kind and helpful when I called to cancel my subscription. No fuss, no mess, and they even gave me a credit back to my payment account as a good gesture. I highly recommend Infotracer to anyone who is seeking a tool for background investigations, etc.

      Very professional and honest, even when i had to cancel my subscription, after my trial period! The associate who handled the cancellation was very friendly, took her time to verify my information, explained the process, before moving forward to cancel. There was no pressure on her part whatever, to force me to retain their services. That really impressed me.

      Paid a three dollar fee and got no result then got tricked into $25 subscription (in fine print) that ended up in getting my card canceled. Change your policies, Shame on You...
