My experience with this company has been bitter sweet. At first I was paid fairly, until I decided to invest working full time, there is certainly enough work out there. However, their business practices are highly unethical, and if you try to negotiate with them (since you pay your own taxes, insurances, etc), they start "punishing" you with not paying you or not paying you the full amount of the contracted original agreement. They insist that you confirm the agreement at least 2-5 times, then they do not follow through. Unfortunately, many people do not have a business background or contract law background, and do not know their rights, or have the funds to travel to where their home offices are to file a small claims report. Alajandra seems to be my nemesis, and continuously blocks me from jobs because she refuses to negotiate. I called IT at one point over error messages, I was informed after he looked into it, that those error messages were used for people who didn't show up for work, etc, but I personally had one of the highest ratings in the company and he unblocked me, for ********* to get involved in another long term project that I was on, and blocked me from almost all work again. (Other than the one off's for little pay). But I am not the only person, and, this is their game, they make you fight for the pay you are in contract with them for, their latest is just adding things to your job board without asking, expecting you to do it, then ruining your company rating if you don't compete it or delete it. Consider yourself warned. You can make money with them sometimes, but they rarely pay what they are in contract with you for. Unless they know that you have the means to take them to court.

Very difficult to deal with ! I've always been paid on time but the hassle is incredible. They offer you a route and a bonus pay witb a timeline but they don't honor any of it even when you have it in righting. Once they have your number they will call you endlessly even after you decline the very project they're calling about. They claim to be ********, and yet they don't know when there's a snow storm there and they only return messages late at night, long after East Coast business hours. The pay system was good when they used PayPal but now they use ********* and charge you a fee to get your pay. And last but not least...good luck getting them to call you back when you have an issue ! Timeliness is not their thing !

Hello, In regards to pay, completed assignments that meet all requirements are approved six days from completion. Once the assignments has been approved and ready for payment request, the request gets processed the business day after you request them. By using *********, you get ******************************** which is ****% of your gross earnings, and there is a ****% processing fee, for a total of 2.9%. Due to this we provide a monthly commission equal to 4% of the gross payments processed through *********. This is called a ****************** bonus and is applied to your account the first business day of the following month. We would like to take a closer look at any other issues you may be experiencing. Please reach out to our customer support team at ************.

I completed a work assignment for them and havent been paid. They are giving me the run around. They track your location and progress throughout the day I even uploaded pictures throughout the day. This is only my ************** but I heard people there saying they hadnt received pay from other jobs. People work because the need money and the government needs to stop these companies from cheating people and working them without pay. I did 6 hours at 18 an hours and now I havent been paid for my whole day

On 5/20 the issue was brought to our attention and immediately rectified. The hours worked were a total of 6 hours and we applied a bonus to pay the difference. All work completed by the rep was paid in full.
