    Reported a malfunctioning item end of July. The owner made ONE failed attempt to look into but miscommunicated the date with his installer after I told him which day I would be home to let him in. ****** ******* is more interested to get his photographer come take pictures of the furniture that he sold me ( well over 200K worth) than delivering a proper customer service. His photographer was able to come one day but it was a NASTY and DISGUSTING experience where the guy ended up urinating on the toilet seat and the floor without letting me know about the mess he made. Nobody at Divine Design appologized for this, it must be a normal occurrence ... Magued is not cooperating to have the defective item repaired or replaced till I allow his photographer to come back to take more photos and make a mess... Magued prioritizes what HE needs from me over what HE OWES ME ! I posted 3 more reviews
