      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. The attitude they displayed and way of resolution is not preferred; however, I would like to end the complaint.

      Regards,

I shipped four (4) large boxes from ****** to *********** on August 30th 2024 and only received three (3). They lost the fourth box which contained expensive music equipment (for which I paid extra insurance for) and refuse to refund me. They said they would, as I made several phone calls, but it is November 21st and I still dont have a solution. They stopped answering my calls. They lost thousands of dollars worth of equipment, and refuse to give me an answer. I have the old tracking numbers for all my boxes, but since the package was lost, the tracking numbers they provided dont work anymore. I want a refund for the all my items lost and for the shipping cost. The location of the store is ************************************

UPS Store #**** Dispute for Package with Tracking Number 1Z22E2481333255770 I went to a UPS Store in ****** on Dec. 22, 2022, and paid $283.10 to ship a package to ***** for "guaranteed next day" delivery by Dec. 23, 2022. I repeatedly asked if the package was actually guaranteed to arrive by Dec. 23, and was explicitly told "yes" each time. At no point was I told anything otherwise or given any information to contradict that. The package, however, did not arrive until Dec. 27th. When I contacted the UPS store to seek a refund (as I was directed by *** corporate office to do), I initially received an email from the store saying that they would try to process my refund request. However, days later I received another email saying that the shipping delay was due to weather and that delays due to weather phenomena were not subject to a refund. This contradicts what I was told in the store itself at the point of sale multiple times (which is illegal). I also was never informed of these supposed terms of service at the point of sale, nor ever provided any indication that they existed or knowledge of how I could consult them or learn of their existence (which is also illegal). In other words, I was fraudulently sold a product/service based on an explicit promise about the product/service at the point of sale that turned out not to be a lie, and the manager is now refusing to refund my money. I am seeking an immediate resolution to this issue. Thank you for your help.*********,*************************** *************************************************************** ***************************** ************
