      The date of Stonewave Masonry started on 4/4/23 Meet contractor ***************************** and ***********************. Listed price of $7200.00 for install new stairway and walkway through my front lawn. May 3rd began working on foundation of home due to tree roots. Masonry company informed me that foundation work was needed and began digging up the foundation. Ask contractor for permits for all the work that was beginning and never received. Porch and deck removed before I could agree to a payment. Contractor responding "We have all the crew here.." I felt as if I was being forced for his crew to start that same day. I was not provided with an estimate before the work was done. I had to keep calling for company for invoices and write *** of the work that was completed. Asking price for work from Stonewave was **********. I was intimidated from the contractor calls that my foundations was unsafe. My tree specialist informed them not to pull the from the foundation but to grind them back. My family and I meet with contractors in dispute of overcharge. We paid out ********** of my mother saving. Stonewave Masonry site is down. No one has not reach out to me if permits were pull. Last call from *****************************, "I will have the office help with this."Please assist in reaching out the Stonewave for permits that were obtained on my property. I was overcharge for the work that was completed on my property.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have contact Stonewave more than 7 times and continue to receive voice mail. I have visited their website and states currently offline for maintenance

      Today when I reached out to the same number received a message stating unavailable at this time Sorry for any inconveniences Contact Number **********

      Very concerned not sure if this company pulled permits for my property Please assist

      I had them repoint my front landing, my walk way and my patio. three weeks later the sand was falling through between the stones. I called them off an on between mid April , ***, June they kept telling me they were coming but never showed up. they stop answering the phone
