    I was paying ***** per month on medial bill.I paid on line sometimes. One particular time it came up automatically showing I owed936.91, and only having one arm, website was not very user friendly. Even though I dont have a documented disability, I still only have one arm or use of one limb. I called right away I explained what happened, they said they couldnt do anything, since it already went through. Well I called a few more times and finally thought they understood. I last talked to someone February 2024, and she told me they were sending me a refund. I waited a few weeks and called again. She said it probably would take about 6 weeks and she had no control of that. Well its been longer than 6 weeks and still havent received anything. I tried calling for the last month or so and says they had power issues and couldnt answer phone. On February 28, 2024 I mailed check for ***** with a note and still they havent responded.The reason I sent another payment is I thought I was getting refund and going back with my ***** per month payment. Please look into A.S.A.P .
