    I have liked this companies products over the years but when I received a set of empty capsules they refused to replace them. I got them about eight months ago but had still been using other kits. The company says the product is good for two years, so no hurry.They wouldnt replace them because they were almost a year old. They told me I need to inspect orders when they arrive for damage. The capsules did not have any visual damage at all, they are just empty. I pointed this out and asked how I shouldve known they were faulty. Then I was told to shake them ,which is a stretch if you could see how small they are. I asked if they twould at least ship back to their headquarters to at least investigate what went wrong. They are not interested. I asked to speak to **** supervisor and was in a polite way told no. They did not care that I was unhappy, received defective capsules and was going to write to the BBB. While I still like the products, this is a big red flag . Just beware. This company is not accountable or taking any responsibility when an issue comes up.I am shocked at the poor customer care.

    Thank you for bringing ******'s concern to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position regarding the request for a replacement for this order which shipped on June 16th, 2023.

    After reviewing the communication between our CX Supervisor and ******, we found that the product in question has been in the customer's possession for just shy of one year. According to our company policy, all issues should be reported to our team within 30 days of receipt. As this product has been in the possession of the customer for almost a year, our quality team would not be able to determine that any potential issue was not the result of storage conditions throughout the duration of the past year. As so much time has gone by we can no longer be held responsible. 

    We understand ******'s disappointment but our policies are designed to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers.

    We value ****** as a customer and would like to offer a 20% discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill. If she is interested I would happily email her a code that *** be used on our website.
