    I have tried numerous times to cancel my Lose it Subscription. I have went to the website, I have tried to use my phone. I have used the chat to Lose It to only be given some instructions that do not work. I have asked for a telephone number and to no avail the bot indicates that there is no telephone number available for support. However, each year my credit card is charged for a subscription that I've tried to cancel several times. Under subscription, there is no option to cancel. this is very frustration and also not fair to the consumer.

    i cant contact them at all i did not want to be charged i also didnt sign up for a subscription i canceled my account but i need my refund i cant afford this but there is no way to contact them trying to file a complaint on their website doesnt work it wont let you log in there is no number to call im pretty sure this is a scam site!

    I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription following Lose It instructions. However, there is no where to click to indicate you would like to cancel the subscription. Also there is no way to contact Lose It by phone. I have sent an email and no one has responded. I just want to cancel my subscription. Period!

    On 1/30/2024 a full refund for the $19.99 charge was issued. Any applicable taxes were also refunded. The auto-renewal for this subscription has also been canceled.

    It can take up to ten business days for the banks to return funds to your account.

    Horrible I give up trying to cancel subscription. The company has made as difficult as possible. No phone contact that I could find. When and they will charge my credit card Ill have no choice but decline the charge.
