  Worst possible experience ever. They arrived late for the job. 3 workers, only 1 worked tirelessly the 1 walked around with a clipboard and cellphone the other sat on the truck the entire day. I was quoted 4 hours for a 1 bedroom, living room and diningroom. Everything had been previously packed and wrapped to ensure a seamless move. They took 12 HOURS!!!! Moreover they over charged by $1000, broke my great grandmother's heirloom diningroom set, (table smashed when it fell in the back of the truck during transport, shattered the top of the buffet, and 2 chairs. Their responses was to file with my own insurance. Horrible service, Horrible communication, buyer beware!

  They new we were elder and disabled and that if they treated us like garbage they could get away with it. We are still finding things that were destroyed because of them. Don't use this company.I will never forget the cruelty.Exactly the way the person describes in the review below it was like teenagers had packed. It seems like they have a crew for customers that matter and a crew for customers that they decide are trash.There is no remorse from the owners of this company either. Only gas lighting. Then they harass you for leaving bad reviews. They don't have my phone number anymore because I had to change it because of this nightmare. Their actions destroyed priceless possessions that cannot be replaced. Like a proclamation from when I was a teenager from my cities mayor. As well as pictures autographed books.Cost us **** extra than quoted for the packing they did. We ended up with destroyed irreplaceable pictures. They just dropped things in boxes in a way that those things would bang around. So a nice printer that prints pictures got destroyed.Also, jewelry is all gone. All of it even stuff not worth anything.Please if you value your belongings protect them by using a company that values customers belongings. That's not this company. So unprofessional.

  A fantastic moving crew from Stark Moving assisted us. They did a good job, did it quickly, and did it cleanly. The whole staff went above and above to safeguard our furnishings and house while it was being moved. I'd advise employing this relocation firm.

  We hired Stark Moving to help us with our move. The crew arrived on time and were professional and careful with all of our belongings, especially the fragile furniture items. They were respectful of the home and followed the instructions on the boxes. I am so grateful for this moving team.

  I have been using Stark Moving, and they make it easy and stress free each time. The team went above and beyond. You dont get this type of classy service nowadays, but these two were outstanding to us in our time of need. You can't go wrong with this moving company.

  It is the first time I ever had movers arrive on time! They were professional and did an excellent job taking care of our furniture. They were very patient with me when I wasn't sure what we were doing with certain items and were ready to accommodate my requests. I would hire them again and refer them to anyone who is planning on a move.

  We had a great experience moving stuff to our storage unit with a team from Stark Moving. It is our third time working with this company, and each team has been great. We recommend using this company to our friends, and so far, everyone's been happy with their moving services.

  Our Stark Moving and Storage team did a great job from start to finish. We have moved many times, and it was the easiest, quickest, and most professional company we have used. The team of three guys was courteous and efficient, and they were also careful with our delicate antiques. It was worlds better than the other companies we have used! Nothing was lost or broken, no walls or floors were damaged during the move, and they made an extra effort to arrange the furniture just as we wanted it.

  I have used Stark Moving and Storage twice, and I heartily endorse their staff. They took wonderful care of our items and arrived on time. They were very tidy and competent. They didn't spend any time chatting, lounging, or running away. The furniture was wrapped and blanketed for security. They took pieces of furniture apart and put them back together flawlessly. The price was affordable and far cheaper than other options.
