      New property manager and the 4 th 1 in 2 years and ************ Doesnt Have a LIVE PERSON to Speak With if you Get Through. She has Shut Down the Laundry Room on the Weekends, she Gives the Janitors Your Personal Information to Deliver to you Which Is A No No, she Worries about the Wrong Stuff and Not the Important Things Like Putting in the Air Conditioners. We live in Mix Family Housing and a ******** Building, Why Do I Need a Caseworker? I have been Here 11 years and Now I Have A Problem

      Moved into one of their buildings and it's a joke!! They can not get a handle on their Tenants and right now as I speak 8pm the fire alarm is going off and the maintenance worker does not know how to turn it off the fire **** just left about 45 minutes ago turning it off!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Alot of things wrong here that should have been addressed before putting people into the building!!!

      I hate to even give them one star. Poor management is a big problem. Example, tonight at 6 p.m. we had no hot water, I emailed the property manager, (as that is the ONLY way to contact her, and she claims she gets a notification when she gets an email to her corporate address, To let her know. I NEVER got a response. We have the Maintenance man's phone number, but he doesn't answer, let's everything go to voice mail. We will not have hot water until He shows up for work tomorrow morning. Prior to these owners, he would come and reset the water heater, They obviously don't want to pay him to come out. This manager has verbally harassed me in front of other tenants because I reported her for parking in our buildings one and only handicapped spot, for which she does not have a placard. After anomalously sending her a note in the suggestions box, and sending an email to her boss. She only works in our build 2-2 1/2 days a weeks, and now the maintenance man does the same, split between two buildings. She lost our rent check AND refuses to give a rent receipt. This building has gone to ******** since POAH has taken over. There is absolutely no communication whatsoever. Next year they plan to do a live in rehab, where we (Seniors) who have nowhere to go all day are expected to leave our apartments all day long while these renovations are going on, which will last for months as they are ripping out the entire first floor tile. Then they will be starting floor to floor, and while they are working on your floor, even if it's not your apartment, you are expected to leave. Many of the tenants here do not have vehicles and are quite elderly and in poor health. What they are demanding is unfair to us all. We have been threatened with eviction if we do not comply.
