    Earlier this May, I accepted an offer to list a ****** purse through consignment with Julia Rose. I shipped the purse, along with its authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories, and it was delivered on May 10. Julia Rose listed the purse but it never sold. On October 5th, I emailed to request for the purse to be returned. As per return policy, I paid for the return shipping. I picked up the package from **** on October 21st. When I returned home, I video recorded the process of opening the shipment to inspect my return. Everything was returned, however, the dust bag I received was incorrect. The dust bag received was smaller than the one I originally provided, and, in fact, is meant for footwear.I immediately emailed Julia Rose of the issue. A reply was received the same day to show the dust bag they still had, however, I replied back that there was no picture attached. The following day, October 22, they replied with a picture of the correct dust bag. And I replied that it was correct bag to requested for them to make arrangements to exchange the dust bags. I've sent a few more emails to request an update. It is now the evening of October 28, and I have not been contacted since.

    We acknowledged your email regarding your dustbag on 10/21/24 at 3:30pm and replied to you on 10/21 at 4:31pm. You then replied to us on 10/24. We were closed on the weekend and got back to you with your tracking number on 10/29/24 at 11:25am. We also sent you a label with our package so you can send us back the dustbag, in which we haven't received it back yet. We feel that we addressed and rectified the issue in a very timely manner. Please note that we do not work on weekends so sometimes messages can be delayed by one or two days. Thank you.
