Dear *********** used a game mod download software online and paid a month's fee so that I could download some mods from this platform to play. However, I have been automatically deducted all along after the I first used your mod. As a result, I was deducted for 22 consecutive months without any notification, and I actually didn't use those platform again, which caused me a huge economic loss. Due to the issues of my bank card, I was unable to check the debit information in time. You can see from my supporting documents that My long-term consumption record only has this automatic deduction. I have no way of knowing that they have been withholding money. I was very shocked when I discovered this expense. I sent an email to request a refund from them and explaining the situation but they just refund 3 months because of their policies of our payment processors. My request is for a refund for all services that I have not used which is 22 month. I sincerely ask for your help and I would be really appreciated if I could get the refund.Date of the transaction: from Oct 2022 to Aug 2024 The money I paid: 22 months * 5.99? = ******? What the nature of the dispute is: I would ask for refund for following two reasons but company just refund a part of the it.1. I do not use the service 2. I did not receive any notification before the automatic deduction 3. Their policies have not been recognized by both parties Best Regards,*****

I had signed up for a free trial, and was charged for a full year's worth of service. 70$ is alot of money to be cheated out of when you're offered a free trial.

    Better Business Bureau:

While I was updated and given notifications of a charge I was not to be given, no money was actually taken, thankfully. I was ***** in applying for your services it seems, as I have little to no income and was in full panic mode. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. As well, I will use my preferred name to sign this response, as I am transgender and wish to not deadname myself again. My apologies for taking up your time.

    Regards,

    Haruna Izayoi
