    Bought Ferragamo Evolo Suede Drivers shoes after wearing the shoes 2 times the logo was fall off and got lost.I contacted the customer support and they said that the return policy is 30 days. No any help was provided.

    This is a total bait and switch scam. You order something on sale your order gets canceled and then the price is higher.

    HORRIBLE customer service. They place a guaranteed delivery fee based on the total purchase price in the cart. You have to remove this from the order otherwise you are paying for something that you did not put in the shopping cart. Several emails were exchanged with useless rubber stamped responses refusing the remove the charge I never put there in the first place! This is an unethical business that should not be in business. STAY AWAY!

The **** Guaranteed Delivery protection is automatically added at checkout to offer customers additional coverage in case of shipping issues. However, it is completely optional and can be removed from the cart before completing the purchase.

    I ordered a Sweet South Denim jacket - light wash in XS. The order came as a substituted plain denim jacket (obviously not what was photographed) in a size Small. I followed the ***************** website instructions for returns by email communications in the middle of the night and with broken English, I sent photos of the website picture and of what I received. I was given a strange warehouse address to return at my own expense. I sent the package hoping for the best. A week later I got the same package I mailed back from **** as it said the address was vacant. I responded to the email and was given another weird address. So I tried to call the phone number listed and it was not in service. DO NOT buy from this website!!

    I made a purchase on 4/23/2025 for two pair of shoes. When I received them neither pair were what was shown, or described. I was totally disgusted, because they both said non-refundable. One place did take one pair of sandals back, the place that sent the wrong athletic shoe offered to send me 10% to keep the shoe, which was ignorant and laughable. My order # was SPO3652*****. I demanded a prepaid shipping label, and a full refund. This was my first and last time ordering through Shop Simon. A buyer has no idea what they will end up getting, and its nothing but a hassle. Ive tried settling this matter through Shop Simon, but after the last email offering me 10% to keep the shoes, I responded to their insult, and have not heard another response.

    I ordered some ***** clothing from ********************, and they sent me defective clothing where the pockets are out of place. It's really bad. Really crooked pockets etc. I think the website is selling bootleg ***** clothing OR some mess-*** you rejected from a sample.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. Were very sorry to hear that the item you received arrived in less-than-perfect condition. While our retailers do not ship used products, unless the item is advertised as pre-owned, its possible that the item was scuffed during the packing or transit process. Thats certainly not the standard we hold ourselves to, and not the experience we want for any of our customers.

    I have submitted 5 requests to the Shop Simon Customer Support Team without getting my issue regarding unauthorized charges for Onward Protection resolved. I finally messaged the CEO through LINKED-IN and will see if I get a response from him! This transaction was my first online purchase with this company and it will definitely be my last.
